Dear Reader,

I want to be crystal clear to my internal team and to our broader community. There is no room for hate and discrimination on basis of race, gender, skin color or sexual orientation in our society or in the workplace. We know that we must continue to improve, and that we all need to make a commitment to change.

I pledge to continue to build awareness, increase representation in our leadership and external partnerships. I also pledge to continue to squash all forms of discrimination wherever I detect it.
