FOREWORD
Dear Reader,

2020 was a year of resilience for Procurement. We pivoted to create fully remote working in a matter of weeks – or even days – to ensure the safety of our people while serving the rapidly evolving needs of the business. We adjusted our pipelines and priorities to meet new demands. Procurement saw the impact of true collaboration with our stakeholders and suppliers, and we re-evaluated our digital transformation needs. In the end, we emerged stronger and nimbler.

 As you begin 2021, consider what you and your team need to fully seize the new opportunities this year brings. Your business stakeholders are relying on you – procurement is perfectly positioned to build a stronger and more resilient ecosystem for the entire organization. Last year, maybe you ripped apart the “red tape” to lead business critical initiatives. Now, you can embrace flexibility and agility for the work ahead.
